Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated based on whether the product or products are perishable or non – perishable, the total weight of the products in the order,  and lastly the destination address.  

Delivery Methods

All products are sent with gel packs via FedEx or UPS Overnight for any orders that contain perishable products. FedEx or UPS Ground will be used for orders that contain only non perishable items unless you request otherwise. 

Delivery Date

Orders will be shipped on the same business day as the order is placed between the hours of 12:00am and 4:00pm EST, any orders placed after the cutoff time will be shipped next business day. Orders can be delivered Tuesday through Friday, except on holidays or the day after a holiday.

Delivery Address

Please send packages to a location where there will be someone available to receive a FedEx or UPS delivery on the designated delivery day. We are not responsible for products that spoil if there is not someone to receive them on the date requested.

We cannot process orders shipping to a PO Box. Please provide an accurate street address so our carriers can deliver.

Signature Requirement

Shipments over $500 in value will require a signature on delivery.

Redirecting Shipments In Transit

In the event you need to change the shipping address on an order after it has shipped, contact us immediately. We may be able to redirect it in transit. We may, at our discretion, charge an additional $10 for this service in order to cover redirect fees incurred with the shipping company.

Shipments Outside The Continental US & Surcharges

We only ship within the United States, the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. Limitations and surcharges apply to shipments outside the continental United States:

Hawaii & Alaska: $10 surcharge (may be waived at our discretion depending on the size of your order).
