Refund policy

We guarantee that your order will arrive in excellent condition. All deliveries must be inspected immediately upon arrival and any claims must be made within 24 hours of the receipt of  the package. If you place an order and subsequently cancel it, we may at our sole discretion, charge a 10% cancellation/re-stocking fee.
Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for products that spoil if there is not someone to receive your  delivery on the date that you request it.
